A message from Pugwash Secretary General Paolo Cotta-Ramusino, echoing the sentiments of Pugwashites worldwide:
It is with great sorrow that I learned about the death of Sara Boutwell, the wife of Jeffrey Boutwell, Pugwash Executive director, and longtime friend. She has been herself part of the Pugwash community. She was a warm, humourous and direct person. She will be much missed.
