Mohamed Kadry Said, Ph.D., Maj.Gen. General Talat Masood served in the Pakistani Army for 39 years, retiring in 1990 as Secretary for Defence Production in the Ministry of Defence.  Prior to this, Lt. Gen. Masood was chairman and chief executive of the Pakistan Ordnance Factories Board.  A graduate of the Pakistan Command and Staff College and the National Defence College of the Armed Forces, Lt. Gen.
